Our 2. Method: Anticipation and confrontation

The morphological description method identifies which effects the change process could have on all individuals involved. However, naming these effects is no discussion, but a confrontation. Therefore, we create a planned encounter with the effects of the process to achieve a successful change. Only through a systematic meeting individuals can learn how to cope with the changes. This encounter and confrontation is not a try out, but planned and methodologically secured.

  • We build competences to deal with the changes
  • We understand what change means for single individuals and how                                                                         self-efficacy and design flexibility change
  • This is taken into account in anticipation and confrontation

To reach a successful change we make us of seminars and trainings, which are efficient due to their methodological compilation.
